Fun * Fit * Fight program is all level Muay Thai group class that offers more intense training. This course is also suitable for anyone who is new in Muay Thai but love to learn more in fighting skills rather than just a basic Muay Thai fitness.
The course details are:
* The fundamental boxer stance and footwork, 4 main punches (Jab ,Cross, Hook, Uppercut), knee, kick, elbow, and also defensive move such as Block.
* 2 or more rounds Pad works
* Sparring techniques practicing
* Heavy bag training
